Video Conferencing is evolving year by year and with meetings now possible over the cloud and on hand-held devices now commonplace we took a look into some of the areas we see video meetings appearing next.

Allow people to dial in from off campus and around the world, imagine being able to  talk directly to the author of a paper in class, or be able to hold online virtual seminars for help and support near the end of a  course.



Future thoughts

iWatchWith the introduction of tablets video conferencing took a few generations to find their feet, as well as a  front-facing camera, however, with High Definition cameras now the norm on most new technology it may not be too long before we start seeing Video Conferencing appearing on smart tables, interfaces, and watches.
